The booking process involved in BMW-Hotels.com is extremely simple to navigate through, and we have focused on making it as streamlined as possible for our users’ convenience.

We invite cliens to sell their rooms direct to you. This means we cut out the travel agents and make sure you get the best hotel rates available. Our clients manage their own information and rates, and we simply charge them (and not you!) commission.

It’s simple really: You make a reservation. We process your details and use a small deposit (which is non refundable) to secure your reservation at your hotel. The hotel is updated with your reservation details. We send you a confirmation email.

The BMW-Hotels booking system

Our booking system is very different to many of our competitors. Many other companies use what is called a Global Distribution Ststem (GDS). A GDS involves a hotel placing a set amount of rooms at a set rate onto a global network. While it has it’s advantages, it is not a flexible system, and is an expensive method for hotels to sell their rooms, as they pay high commission fees for the privilege, and hence in turn, they charge higher rates to cover their costs.

We are different. We do not use a GDS. We invite accommodation providers to sell their rooms direct to you. This means we cut out the travel agents and GDS systems, making sure you get the best hotel rates available. The BMW- hotels manage their own information and rates, and we simply charge them (and not you!) commission.
